Need to bring back tea tasting asap. I've purchased over $100 worth of tea this year that I didn't like and ended up chucking because I couldn't try it first. Tasting tea when its a premium $30 a box is essential. Such a waste of money

Super disappointed, I purchased a T4one set for my mother for mother's day I left it to be wrapped. My husband picked it up when I received the ready text. I have just looked at it now to find just a plain t2 box zero wrapping and the tea ware inside is just surrounded by ripped up paper no tissue paper or anything. Why provide a wrapping service if not capable.

I bought a tea maker of glass which then broke. I took it back to get a new one but the shop informed me that the price had gone up so they didn't want to give me a new one. The price online was still the same as I paid. The consumer gurante is clear - they should have given me a new bottle.To those who read they added a link where I could respond - the link doesn’t work. I’m done. It's outright offensive!

T2 is totally amazingYou really have to see for yourself. The china Tea pots n mating Cups are gorgeous.... The must have present for the person who has everything except chinawear from T2. Love this shop
