Worst hair cut I have ever had. I never left a bad review but this is on a whole new level. He picks up half head hair and cut at once. The whole cut only took 10 mins like he’s in a rush. Doesn’t really speak any English very hard to communicate. Now I have to cut my hair short because his rubbish technique. I can cut hair better than him.

Outstanding service. Was on a crunch time to get my hair black to light brown and the lady did an amazing job. So pleased with my new hair. With the short time I had with a deadline there were two people blow drying one head and they did a majestic job. Highly recommend. Thanks guys you rock.

I don’t think they deserve one star at all, when I booked my appointment for my son’s haircut at 4:30pm the hairdresser said ok but when we went there at 4:25 pm this lady with her daughter who hasn’t booked was in b4 us and he said I will have to wait 20 minutes? HELLO..... what is wrong with this hair salon? If u can’t keep a schedule just tell customers you don’t take prior bookings! Waste of time, will never go back again.

Never trust this place! The owner is very tricky I’ve called a week early to book with woman owner for my mum. which I have mentioned to the male owner a few times on the phone. And when we were there for appointment, the staff told us that, she’s on the holiday for a month. When we confronted the male owner, why he didn’t let us know that his wife is not here when we booked with her, at first he still tried to trick us to get hair done with the staff, we refused, and told him that he wasted our time with all the hassle to drive all the way here, as we have baby and old people with us,it takes a lot hassle. Very dishonest people there. Will never come back!

NO STAR deserved. Highly disappointing and dishonest Saloon I had even experienced in Auckland. I have been visited really good to outstanding saloons across Auckland with no problems at all. It is not about the skills, it is about how you treat your customer and make them feel. You are in customer service sector. Treating your customer with basic respect is all you need to do. Walked in before a few customer come behind me. Been sitting there for nearly half an hour, watching those late comers ( 2 visitors literally) cut their hairs and went off. My friendly suggestion is be honest with the waiting time and inform the customer in advance. Not apologetic and it is seriously the most racist saloon I had experienced. I will never spend my money to get angry for poor customer service. Please act professionally if you open shop to do business.

I have been going to ANNA for about 5 years. Every time I show her (on my phone) a different picture of how I would like my hair cut and every time she gets it right. She has ALWAYS done a GREAT job, I tell her that she can never give it up. I love the ‘cuts’ she gives me. Show her a picture of how you want your hair to look.

The hair dresser worked magic on my old dry home colored hair and was so kind and he thoughtful. I trust this place always.
