My girlfriend used to love coming here and she was extremely upset with her main keyworker that's why she no longer wished to come back. She wasn't upset with anyone else that works there just the particular keyworker. Didn't even give a toss she was being badly bullied and also was really unsympathetic about a medical condition she has. The specific keyworker tells non drivers to look at houses in areas where you need a car to get to and some other ridiculous ideas that she knows isn't such a good idea. For someone with an university level education they have no clue about these kinds of things . My girlfriend is doing alot better after she decided to leave

They employ a former manager who allows and condones work place bullying.

Emotionally abusive staff, targeting the most vulnerable. They place you in unacceptable “supported housing”, as in mouldy and uninsulated housing, in my case made me extremely sick. If you complain about abusive staff, they make your life hell and threaten you with eviction. Abusive staff include Kurstyn Stedman, Adrian Higgins etc
