Ang at Quinovic was a great Property Manager. Any issues, concerns or questions we had were answered immediately and any actions needed were done promptly. She made renting so stressfree and we are so grateful for how easy she made everything. Ang was so pleasant and friendly, that I would absolutely love to have her as a Property Manager again. She balanced the interests of the landlord and that of the tenant perfectly.

I have been a tenant with Quinovic Hutt Valley since the beginning of 2006. I was in a rental property in Rosebank Ave Lower Hutt from 2006 until early 2013 when I moved to Fergusson Drive in Upper Hutt.Early 2013, I was struggling to find another rental. Sandra was my property manager at the time. She alerted all the other staff at Hutt Valley Quinovic to be on the lookout and as luck would have it, a lovely unit on Fergusson Drive came in and the wonderful team at Quinovic thought immediately of me. I have lived there happily for the past 10 years.It was sad leaving Fergusson Drive after 10 years. I have been very grateful living there for so long and have also been very grateful over all my years with Quinovic and how I have been looked after.My Quinovic experience has been an extremely good one.Over these part 10 years, I have had two main property managers – Bridget and Ang. These two wonderful women are so very good at what they do. They are efficient and caring. They always treat people with respect.In particular, I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to Ang. I was seriously ill in January 2022 with a kidney crisis. After 4 months treatment with heavy dose steroids, I went into remission. Within a week I went back into relapse. Ang was there doing an inspection when I received the telephone call from my specialist to tell me I was in relapse. I was devastated. Ang was amazing. She contacted me a few days later by telephone then again, the following week by email to check up on me. Her empathy, kindness and caring nature meant so much to me. Ang is an absolute asset to Quinovic.Please pass on my sincere thanks to everyone at Hutt Valley Quinovic.Ali
