Kia Ora,I’m sorry to say that one of the consultant working here was so rude on the call. I didnt have a good candidate experience and that just spoiled my entire day.

Naomi got me my perfect job. She really listened to what I wanted and made the process of job hunting enjoyable which it rarely ever is. She really knows the industry, her advice was so helpful. I started my job around Easter time and found the Easter egg she gave me was such a nice touch.

Monica, Katerina & Megan were all amazing to work with! I met with Monica & Katerina on a Tuesday and they were lovely and so friendly! I had an interview & job offer two days later on the Thursday with the help from Megan who is brilliant at her job. From getting in touch with H2R to a confirmed job was less than a working week - I know, too good! I cannot recommend this company enough when trying to find work! They took into consideration all my requirements and questions and were overall such an easy going and seamless company to work with.

Worse customer service.they hang up on face .the recruiter lift the phone and says he is sick hang up the call . When you are sick atleast say politely or else don’t even lift the phone and set a voice messageWhy do you people post jobs on seek and trademe when you don’t know how to communicate with job seekers .

One of the only recruiters that managed to find me work around November time.It was a very slow time of the year, but Janine and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing at finding me work, even helping me get an interview on a different date (when I couldn't make the date they wanted).I love the role and I'm very grateful for all of their help!Definitely sign up to this agency!

Some recruiters think just because they're the ones hiring people that they're 'all that'. I'd give this agency a zero for candidate experience. I didn't see any level of care & concern for a candidate. Talking to them left me w/ a negative impression. Recruiter N, pls don't quickly dismiss an applicant's concerns when they ask you about advice even though they may have a longer & more diverse professional & educational experience than you & can probably do a better job doing what you do, they still respect your opinions. Issues like Ageism can go under-reported but do exist, it may be hard to prove, but employers can discriminate applicants at their will & get away with it. It's not all about just 'fitting into a team'. You can have the best personality & be the most qualified person yet not get hired because of reasons the hiring person may have eg personal bias, prejudice etc..., ever heard of those things? Also, employers even recruiters can feel threatened by applicants who they know are more qualified than them but are willing to work below them. You probably need to go out more into the real world to see & hear people's real life experiences so you'd know how to effectively listen and empathise with them instead of acting like you're 'a know it all'..

I have been contacted by many recruit agents during the past 6 - 8 months. Mike Healy is the best! He is very professional and sees my value. I really enjoy his approach, and he helped me find my ideal job. Well done Mike!
