Paid almost 900$ for a service. The invoice stated the alternator was checked and they explained the battery was weak yet they missed a loose positive battery terminal connector. Not enough value for that money. On the upside, the front desk lady was friendly and everything seemed organized and efficient.

Needing a car repair while on vacation can be stressful, especially when every garage is closed due to public holidays. But Hansens could be contacted anyway, responded within minutes, booked me in for a repair as soon as they reopened and got me back on the road within hours. While in Queenstown my car broke down so was suggested I went to Hansens. They were flat out but managed to find the problem and install a new battery then check everything was working. Really appreciated them doing all of this while I waited as I was working, not on holiday.

Last friday on 8 oclock in the morning,I send my car to your place to have a check because the enginee light sometimes show on.But you guys didn't find any problem but charged us a lot of money (engine oil and coolant was good before the check-up but charged us for that anyway)The most important thing is you promised that the engine light won't be on again but it was on again after 1.5h's drive.
