National Storage Dinsdale, Hamilton

I went along with my husband to find a storage unit and we got served by a young lady who we were told she was trying At the Dinsdale store. She was so welcoming and understanding but very patient as we had a lot of questions. She showed us around and gave us lots of good options and gave us a lot of information which made us feel very welcomed. She was so lovely and kind and very funny! I would recommend her 100/10, however there was another lady there who kept looking over her shoulder and made us feel uncomfortable and should not happen as the girl who served us was more respectful and helpful.

Disgusting mouse ridden storage place. No trolleys available to move items down long narrow corridors. Don’t bother taking out the insurance they offer because it doesn’t cover anything. Would never use this company again.

It is what it is, a storage shed! feels secure, pin codes to get in and out. You can’t really go wrong. They had lots of rat and poison traps around so creepy crawlies hopefully won’t get into your stuff. The one thing that bothered me was “$x per week” but that wasn’t actually true, as you also had the admin fee, compulsory insurance, and you even have to buy your own lock! So it all adds up

The lovely ladies on Monday were amazing, they helped me get the trailer hire all sorted out, and they were super nice.

Had a seamless experience with national storage Dinsdale. Linda is so helpful and accomodating! Would definitely recommend if you need storage in Hamilton.

Currently have a storage unit here. Was very easy to apply for a unit. I live in Auckland and did all my paperwork at the airport branch for a unit I needed in Hamilton. The instructions given to access my unit were spot on and easy. The billing is straight forward and the prices are reasonable. I pay roughly $50 a week for a 3 x 3 unit with drive up access.
