Highly recommend Life Co Lab, great classes for all levels and an awesome community!

It’s not often you attend a gym where the owners not only know who you are but are committed to your health and well being. I love the time I spend at the ‘lab’ and all the awesome people I have gotten to know through it. If you’re reading this stop pro- crastinating and get serious on what you’re worth!

I started with Life Co-Lab back in one of our lockdowns and have to say it's been the best decision I have ever made. I've never felt fitter, stronger and leaner and I'm in my mid forties. The two owners are brilliant - professional yet caring and really go out of their way to make you feel very welcome. I am not a typical gym goer and usually never stick to a regular plan. Annette and Annalee have changed that!I can't recommend Life Co-Lab enough. Oh and their infrared sauna is perfect after a workout.

Love this place. Fantastic gym in Parnell! Great equipment and friendly people! Annalie and Annette are the best trainers ever, we always have a great chat and a laugh. They always encourage me to push myself a little bit further to become a fitter and healthier person.
