Awful service, still waiting for my purchase two weeks after paying, no replies to either emails or using the contact via their website and each time I've phoned to chase for a delivery status I've been given an excuse.Save yourself the grief I'm experiencing and shop elsewhere.I shall be seeking a refund and taking legal action if my order is not dispatched soon.

If you love home theatre toys like I can, this place is certainly worth checking out. They have very competitive prices for those more specialist components.The staff are knowledgeable and will make suggestions to suit your needs and budget.I'll be back again when I need my next upgrade to a newer model.

I cannot express how happy I was to find that Avalon Audio stock my favourite Koss Porta Pro headphones as I thought I was faced with having to import them from either Australia or the USA. As it turned out, not only were Avalon faster, they were also cheaper and my new headphones were on my head within 24 hours of ordering. Thanks heaps Avalon!!
