Tried this company on two separate occasions. Both times where well below average customer service experiences. Lady who takes bookings is a right misery. And still waiting for a callback to repair my washing machine. For whiteware call John Scowen, great service all round.

Dropped off a dryer, and then a couple of days later had to have a call out for the washing machine. From reception, to dealing with the workshop and to the call out everything was friendly, helpful and professional. Thank uou everyone.

Very rarely feel inclined to write negative reviews but I can’t believe how rude the woman at the reception desk was! Awful to deal with, rude and unhelpful. I left feeling stupid and none the other wiser. Seems there are multiple negative reviews about this woman so I won’t be the only one to have felt this way. They’ll never get my service.

My partner tried to get them to come out and repair our washing machine, and we were told multiple times over a week that someone would call to no avail. The person on the phone then got arsy with my partner when she tried once again to try and book someone, and ouright rude when she phoned to say that we had managed to sort someone else (who managed to come out that day). Pretty dissapointing tbh.

Pretty shocked about the lack of professionalism.They will not 'book a time', tech just shows up when it suits him. My tenant was not home, he refused to book a time he 'doesn't do that' and then canceled the job completely. Was really odd.

I've left three messages (with real people, not machines) over three days now about washing machine repairs and I keep getting assured that someone will call me back.ONE YEAR LATER... our business has a lot of problems with our dishwasher and fridge. Sturrock & Greenwood are the company's preferred tech for these issues, and I have to say they have been nothing but prompt and reliable with their service. I stand corrected, at least from a professional perspective. Kia ora.

Absolutely appalling booking system, with only one technician and very rude and patronizing reception staff.... will boycott buying any Fisher and paykel products in future. Regards very unhappy customer

Initial contact was promising, but the representative didn't turn up at appointment time and made no contact. On followup the representative did not care and did not seem bothered by potential loss of business.
