Left my baby Max at Chesterhope for 5 nights and he absolutely loved it. When i picked him up he smelt so good. The staff are lovely and took really great care of him. Will definitely use this facility again in future. This was my first time putting my furbaby in a boarding kennel and as reluctant as i was to leave him i was so happy to see that the staff at Chesterhope took such great care of him.

Our pup loves his first doggy daycare stay!! Played with other dogs all day, and was bathed as well and nail trim which we didn’t expect. We have one very tired and happy dog, love it!

Left my neo mastiff at the Kennels for 10 days, supplied chicken mince/ royal canin biscuits for the 10 day period, when picking my dog up he was under weight!! Once home he had brown water poos and throwing up everywhere. Unhappy Customer!!

Thor has stayed here a few times, and seems more than happy to return each time, it's hard to judge based on everything behind closed doors, for good reason I'm sure, bit everything appears well maintained from the front counter, and Thor comes out smelling fresh, not like some places I've been
