Thanks to Jason Kim who has taken care of the start to end process. Initially ordered Jimny but had to cancel due to personal reasons and even then he was helpful with the canceling order process with smile. When placing an order for the Swift, had to change few things but he took care of it flawlessly. When buying Suzuki, Jason Kim is the man you need to ask for! You will never regret taking my advice :)

The absolute worst customer experience imaginable.Came to drop off vehicle for servicing. No customer parking. Cars backed up to entrance.Waited 15min in line to speak to service desk despite being booked in for a specific time.Was told vehicle would not be ready until end of day late afternoon. No loan vehicle offered. Service manager was impatient and condescending.Boxes of stock and accessories stacked to the absolute brim all around entrance of dealership. Safety and fire hazard galore. No waiting room of space.Would rather drive to another postcode than to come service here.

Jason H explained everything clearly.Welldone!Everything was fine except the low value offered for my intended Trade-In vehicle(Probably by the person who handles trade in vehicles). Decided to sell my car privately.I was gutted to hear that terribly low price offered. Probably not a ideal place to trade your old vehicles at this place. When checked with other dealers, the price of the car was almost double than what Winger has offered.So I wouldn't recom them for the Trade-in part, as the person concerned was trying to rip off.

Offered an 8th of the value for trade in other dealers were selling the same car for. Same year, same engine, same odometer. Understand trade in would be much less than sale price, but 12.5% is a joke. Ours was even up-spec'd from standard with custom leather interior. Agreed to trade in with these guys months ago, now it feels like we've been lied to and ripped off and wasted a massive amount of time. Completely ruined the experience of buying a new car, which we have been excited about for months (as thats how long we've had to wait for the car...) Would definitely not recommend and wouldn't go near them in future.Thanks for your reply, but not quite accurate. We bought the swift in to you months ago when we bought the jimny. Granted it wasn't formally valued, but was there when we discussed trading it in. At no point were we advised we'd be offered so low a value compared to comparable cars or we would've actioned selling it privately months ago to offset the new car cost.You mentioned possible 2k of reconditioning, which based on market values of comparable vehicles as of today still leave a $5k+ profit after your 1-1.5k trade in offer.
