Although the food was great, we had to wait 45 minutes to be served and another 45 minutes for our food. I understand that it is necessary to train new individuals in the kitchen, however this should not compromise on the wait times or the service. Essentially we were left to our own devises for the duration of our meals which did not make it enjoyable or a good experience.

Service was average to say the least, my dish was cold and had to be reheated and came back luke warm. This used to be my favourite place to go to and now I am embarrassed that I have sung its praises to so many people

We really wanted to like this place. Unfortunatley while the staff working on Friday 14th of July provided us “service” they failed to provide us hospitality. We were greeted rudely, spoken to bluntly and the experience was just awkward overall. The food was okay, although we were told some meals were “not spicy” when they were. Won’t come here again.(Edit following response from Owner)Writing another review as the owner who responded to my initial one provided me with no contact details to discuss the matter in order for them to improve their service. To be very clear our issue with the service had nothing to do with the rules surrounding the BYO policy. In fact, if you ask your staff they will tell you there were no issues, we were not intoxicated and followed the rules outlined to us accordingly. To assume we were “upset” about this without speaking to us directly is incredibly concerning. It was the manner in which we were dealt with that was truely disappointing, the whole time we felt miserably unwelcome. For context, there were two tables that were in the restaraunt at the time we were there, including us. When we arrived we had pre-booked and when I went to the lady to say we were here I was completely brickwalled, she walked away and did not even say hello. There were other instances that occurred that night that I would be willing to discuss further but this review has nothing to do with the fact we were bringing in our own alcohol. The fact that I am having to write an additional review rather than speak directly to a manager or owner, as I expected would come from my first review, again points to poor service and lack of care for customer satisfaction.

Had to take back chicken salad as was dry and flavorless. Then when we ordered drinks for the table the waitress forgot to bring mine and my husband's drinks. When we informed her of this she was apologetic but told us to sit back down to get free drinks, but by this stage we were all over being there and left. Unfortunately the food and service was not up to any standard so we will not be going back anytime soon.

It was looking for quite place to have lunch and I found this place. It was wonderful, the waitress was super friendly and accommodating. The food was great, the place in general was good, toilet super clean. I recommend it!

Disgusting food. I think the pictures speak for themselves. Meat was so dry and the ribs tasted off. The “dip” was feral. The pizza was stale. The chips and onion ring were soggy. The pasta was like slop with a bit of salmon. Service and atmosphere were fine but nothing can make up for this atrocious “culinary” experience.

I had a great dine-in experience here. The atmosphere was very good and the servers were very polite and helpful.Unfortunately I ordered a main gnocchi dish and got a spaghetti starter instead but i was hungry enough to not care or say anything. Regardless the pasta was delicious and the restaurant was also able to provide complimentary parmesan to accompany my meal. The portion size of the hot chips for a starter was big and great value.Thanks for the great hospitality!

We were at Porchetta once again this Friday at lunch. It was a great experience once again - from being greeted at the door to starters coming fast and a great time. The ambience is quite nice as well. I took their beer on tap (single choice - makes it easy), potato wedges were nice and crispy and finally the vegetarian pizza. Will be back soon !
