ASURE Adrian Motel

Really great place to stay, very clean and comfy, great host. Good value. Third time, would definitely recommend.

Brilliant stay. We stayed for 2 nights. Location great, walked to the beach. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The 2 bedroom unit was clean, tidy, the owners took time to sweep the balconies and clean the yard of rubbish. There was evidence of attention to little detail had lots of little things, like lots of electric plug outlets and suitcase stands, in each room. We would stay here again.

Every time I come to Dunedin for skating I stay at the adrian. It is in a nice place for me in particular. The rooms aren't fancy but are good for the price and the service is good and consistent as well. Overall it's a nice place to stay if your planning on going out for moat of the day.

Comfortable & clean with friendly staff.Our room was on the first floor and comprised large bedroom area with TV, lounge chairs with an adjacent dining area attached to the kitchenette. There was an en-suite wet room off the dining area. The accommodation was of a good size and was very clean. A large double bed with crisp clean sheets.There was just enough parking for guests, we arrived back from an evening out at about 10pm and took the last parking space.Having a laundry was also convenient as it also had an adjacent drying area.The only slight problem for us was that there wasn't really anywhere too close to eat at, well not within walking distance so we had to drive. We drove to a really nice Italian restaurant, Esplanade, which was worth the short drive.We walked to the beach, which isn't far at all. Only 5 minutes from the motel.We did a circular walk of about 2 hours along the beach, to the view point through the cemetery and back along the road. A good 10,000 steps with a lovely view if yhe beach and ocean.The lady on reception was very friendly, again when we saw her when we were checking out.The only observation that I would make is that some guests left at 6.30, they weren't quiet and whilst that isn't the fault of the motel or their staff it would be nice to remind people that if you're leaving early others might be on holiday and might not want to be woken up by the banging of suitcases on the stairs and shouting across the car park.

I ended up cancelled booking last minute due to my business rescheduled , worried if i was going to waste 180dollars, called motel, the lady was so nice to talk to, i promised her will book this hotel again , and i will. thank you very much!

I can highly recommend this motel. Our unit was super clean, and serviced each day. The hosts were friendly and professional and able to supply a cot for the baby in our party. While the motel is not in the CBD it is an easy drive to town, however, being close to St Kilda beach and the wonderful cafes at St Clair is a bonus!

Nicely presented and styled rooms. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Brilliant location with beach within walking distance. Friendly and helpful hosts, thank you Sally & Greg!

Great location, short drive to city and walkable to beach and huge playground. Rooms were great, owners were incredibly kind and friendly, will probably be back whenever we’re in Dunedin.

Beautiful new building with excellent design for community use and very friendly staff.

First night here, will be here for the week. The rooms are nice and tidy and comfortable. Received very good service on arrival. Would recommend to anyone
