Really impressed with the service delivered by Shane at Mr Drains! He received a call from us over the weekend with a blocked drain that spilled toilet water all over our floors. He came as soon as he could to assist us, and was able to show us on camera what was causing the issue. He solved the issue for us in an hour and gave us advice on how to avoid it in the future. We would contact Shane in a heartbeat and will continue to pass his name on to whoever ends up in the same place as we were. His pricing is very competitive too. Thanks Shane!

I found Shane from his YouTube channel. I called him on a Friday and was amazed that he offered to come out on Saturday. He arrived, very friendly, very professional and very thorough. After I'd been let down by two local plumbers I was especially glad when he arrived. Five stars - can't recommend him enough.

Shane has been an absolute godsend in dealing with an ongoing drain issue we had. He was recommended to us by a friend after we were experiencing a lot of blockages. While other plumbers came, unblocked then moved on, Shane actually took the time to try and figure out why it was happening so frequently. Once diagnosed, he helped us deal with the Council and other plumbers. He stuck with us right up to the end. His prices are very fair and his invoices are always detailed so you know exactly what you are paying for. He's a great communicator and I highly recommend him.

Shane is very proferssional, efficient and friendly. The communication with him is super easy. Once he unblocked the drain, he also picked up the debris around the drain that have built up over the time. Highly recommended to anyone.
