Z - Greenlane - Service Station
Go inside for assistance and have to scream for help as noone on the registers and took 10min for them to realise someone is there. Rude as anything and when you twll them app is not working they swear at you and tell you to mive your car to another spot. The pay in app not working unless you upload your car licence plate which o don't want to do as people steal those then run up your account. All other petrol apps let you pay in app.

Good large forecourt with excellent coffee. Find myself filling up more often just to buy one. Staff are happy to supply my needs :P

the guy on service desk dont know anythingI went to wash my car but and asked for $20 washhe gave me $18 one and he dont know there is flybuys there to scan and earnvaccume no freshening airbrush wash not all shampoos workingsucks

This was our regular service station for many years. Service gone realyworst as one of the female staff do not understand the basics of good customer service. Very rude and arrogant. Unfortunately service gone bad now and this was one of the best Z service stations.

Seconds from the busy Greenlane roundabout, I regularly stop here on my commute home from work and have done for many years. The pie warmer is always full with treats galore, the store is always clean and tidy and best of all, the toilets are always clean. One of the most underrated car washes in Auckland too, highly recommend trying it.James AshwinKakapo Business Sales

Had some difficulty getting coffee.Placed a fairly complex order for my wife, then added a mocha.5.80.I think you made a mistake in ordered 2 coffees.Placed order again.Wife's order was correct but says the soy was burnt.I got a latte... Now running late because coffee took so long so no time to get it corrected.Adequate latte, but not what i o ordered.Not recommended if your in a hurry.Shop was clean and tidy though.

Staff member very helpful but only one staff member on, he was extremely busy and very stressed. Trailer hire machine not working correctly. Not good enough Z
