Design Windows did a great job of installing our Johnston and Cousins roof louvre system. They were very responsive to queries and made several trips to finish off the last little jobs. Great to work with and a top class product.

Unfortunately all the locks on my design window doors, one by one, have malfunctioned. Today I am heading away and unfortunately the last door has malfunctioned so I will have to leave the house unlocked in order to catch my flight. This is because DW have no emergency or after hours number. Plus they knew this batch of doors were faulty and in my view should have replaced all the locking mechanisms at once rather than wait for each to malfunction separately and then require a call out.
