Rang to inquire as to being able to get a spare wheel for our Mitsubishi bus. They could not have done better. Located a rim, Rare 5 stud, Rang back with price first and do we still want it, good customer communication. Got the rim in and communicated when it arrived and when I picked it up carried out to the vehicle. The service was friendly, first class and treated you like you were part of the family. Great team and fantastic to deal with. Highly recommend as A grade.

What a fantastic experience having the team tune up my Ford Ranger and the difference was astonishing, extra gear higher up all the hills be it towing or otherwise & just a lot easier to operate including simple things like taking off from a set of lights with a heavy load on is so much easier now & of course the big one for us was the fuel we saved which is really significant and of course in today's world that is a big plus by itself!! Thank you so much for that team we really appreciate it.Cheers Mark

Despite being very busy, they went out of their way to fit me in and sort out my brake problem.Really friendly, and very experienced.I would recommend this garage to anyone who owns an older motorhome like me.And best of all, they were VERY reasonably priced for their work.

We had problems with our transmission selecting 5th gear in our motor home, we made contact with the crew at Nelson truck repairs and they were very happy to help us at short notice. Good job. Knew what they were doing. Needed some work done to replace parts to get the filters changed. Very friendly service. Would have got five stars if they’d put paper down to avoid oil on the carpet. Other than than, very happy. Cheers

We booked our new campervan in for a pre purchase inspection at Nelson Truck Repairs. We spoke with Lisa who was very knowledgeable about the process and when we rang a second time welcomed and answered our question about concerns we had thought of about the vehicle.On first contact Lisa sent us a detailed info sheet about the inspection and also immediately contacted us with the report.
