Good quality bike racks and packs, not cheap but worth it.

I purchased a Ventura rack for my new Ducati. It was installed as per the instructions provided. On its first use, a bolt keep working loose. I kept checking and tightening it on every fuel stop. It appears during the road trip the problematic bolt cause a second bolt to take too much load. This broke resulting in the rack hitting the seat cowl, damaging the paint. I complained via the dealership to Ventura (Dold Industries Ltd) their response was to send me some Loctite. The need of Loctite was not mentioned in their instructions. I then messaged these people via their website - no response. I appreciate minor differences in the final product can occur. What I don't understand is how this company can respond so poorly. Ventura/Dold Industries Ltd's initial Loctite" response and subsequent silence remains disappointing."
