Very disappointed service, not honest owner, after VTNZ WOF service, my car need bolt to secure the brake calliper, but this guy said I need change the part and New Zealand doesn’t have new one need get from Japan, I just don’t believe this guy, but I paid $20 labour fee, then I went to another mechanic shop, they just put a single bolt to secure the brake calliper. And passed WOF test. Highly not recommend this shop to anyone, avoid this guy. Not even worth give a single star.

Read the reviews carefully before going to this shop The owner of the shop Priti has the rudest customer service we have ever experienced. Had two new tyres fitted to the car, drove off and had to come back due the wheels not being balanced. Came back the next day to the owner who spoke rudely to my partner and even slammed the door in his face. Was recommended this place by my bro who supplies parts to this shop, went there expecting an easy experience but left feeling fooled and wasted my time and money.

Absolutely shocked with the way the owner treated me. Would not listen to anything I was trying to tell him as I had a very specific situation. He did not care and seemed to be in too big a rush to listen to a potential customer. He actually closed the door on me as I was speaking to him! I have been here before but luckily did not deal with him then. I instead drove an extra 3 mins, maybe even 2 to Tyre Warehouse on great north road. The boys there were exremely helpful, friendly and actually saved me money in the end. At least now I know where to go when I need a tire change.

The service I received from Tyre Mart was amazing and the staff were all super lovely and accommodating to my needs. I had a few things that required fixing and replacements and the service I received was very prompt, communication was excellent and they paid great of attention detail to each part of my car.A+ 100% recommend to anyone seeking any mechanical work to be done! Thanks Tyre Mart, will definitely not hesitate to come back!

Living less than 1 Km away, I have supported Tyre Mart for years mainly because of their flexibility and accomodating ones wishes. However, all that has now changed. I took one of our vehicles for a WOF only to be told that there was rust on a cross member and they offered to repair it for only $300". As my son is an apprentice Vehicle Mechanic & who works for a large franchise

super poor service in shop and extremely disappointed. moved into my black list. i went to the shop two times , first time changed the wrong size tyre, promised to change another one but told me out of store when i came in second times . Please read the review carefully before you visit. good luck to you !

RIPOFF and USELESS..tried to charge me $120 to change a park light bulb so I gave him $120 he said it was too hard for him and tried to keep $80 for just looking at it for 5mins not fixing the problem ...and he left scratches in my paint

Dishonest mechanic. Tried to make me change brake pads which aren’t worn and borderline threats if you question their integrity. Take a look at the recent reviews and that should be enough to turn you away from this shop and it’s con man Preethi
