I took my 9 year old granddaughter in for her first ever blood test and the staff were lovely. The lady who took her blood was wonderful. Explained everything and made my granddaughter feel very comfortable and safe. 10 out of 10.

Called in about an inquiry and the office person I was talking to seemed unhappy to be talking to me and hung up the phone before I could ask my second question. Called in again seconds later and the other person seemed more happy to help.
