What a treasure and gift to Wellington this business is.Catherine, Matt, and team are truly the best. In addition to making the best sourdough in the city and stocking some cool kit (eg. bannetons, dough scrapers, etc.), they’re also so nice about allowing me to bring my own containers to purchase their high-quality flours.Can’t say enough superlatives about this place. So grateful for them.
