Very poor service my two staffs has done their forklift training for the first time and I specified on the email what training they need. They were not given all training as requested. It's been over 2 weeks now I've chasing for an outcome of their training no one is even replying. The CS manager training tells me Sorry I am working on a major project that needs to be finalised today"...what about customers??????how can you run business without customers."

My Company requested a service for our walkie they came last Friday have a look inspected but the service guy said he'll come back monday no one came and now a week has past and still hasn't come inspect, wow good customer service

Very disappointed with their service, I have been trying to get a crown RC truck repaired which was initially purchased from them a year ago, It has taken me over a dozen phone calls to get a quote after 3 weeks which has still not happened. Such a large company with such a poor response. I have highlighted that I am a machine short and require urgent attention but their service Manager Marcus does not care much I guess which has led me to write this review. A bit more professionalism would be appreciated.
