These guys are Awesome, Bruce really explained the models, features and benefits well. We are super happy with our new trailer thats perfect for what we needed. After looking at loads of places, NZ made and imported trailers we found Pinto and were really impressed with the build quality and finish plus the price wasn't heaps more than the much lesser quality imported stuff. we are looking forward to the next 25+ years with our quality NZ made Pinto, Thanks team.

My partner and I wanted a closed in trailer customized to our needs and the Pinto team came up trumps forus. The trailer is just what we wanted and the Pinto team were fantastic to work with. Friendly, professional and great communication. I would highly recommend their service to anyone. Great team.

I would like to thank Bruce from the parts department for his assistance. I rang Pinto Trailers at the beginning of the week 05/11/18 around 1000hrs and was put through to Bruce (I don't know last name). I explained to Bruce I had an old Pinto trailer that failed its WOF and I needed to source some parts. Bruce was pleasant and one of the most helpful people I have dealt with. What impressed me most was I'm not mechanically minded, however Bruce treated me with nothing but respect, and his patience was deserving of this review. It was like I had his complete attention and I was the only customer on his priority list for the day. To cut along story short I sent Bruce a photo or two and I left it with him. The next day I got a call from Bruce who explained neither Pinto or his supplier had the parts I needed, but the Pinto Supplier gave Bruce the details of a competitor who did. Bruce passed on those details to me. I'm just disappointed I couldn't spend my money at Bruce's company!!!Regards Rob

I needed to get a replacement tailgate for my brother's trailer. It was an older model so they hunted through their old stock and found one that almost fitted and then took the time to modify it for me until it did. Then they went out of their way to fix the trailer so that I couldn't loose the tailgate again. Top work, cheerfully done, nothing was a bother.

We recently bought a trailer from Pinto and can't recommend them highly enough. They were superb to deal with, their pricing was clear, and they were highly responsive when we needed to make changes to the order. The trailer is outstanding quality and you can really tell the difference. All components and features are really thoughtfully designed and the trailer tows like a dream.This was a MUCH better investment than a cheaper trailer that will be falling to bits in a few years time. Would recommend Pinto to anyone!
