I came in a few weeks ago and advised that ud like to stop smoking ciggys... the guy that served me was amazing and gave me great pointers that were based on other peoples experiences... I fully believe because I was informed so well I am still a non-smoker... i have been back in for different juices and pods etc and everytime I get great advice and recommendations. Thank you so much... I've saved $600 so far from not smoking ciggys hoorah!! Will always come back here because of my experience.

Unreal, friendly service! Quick to find me a replacement vape, and they were kind enough to refund the battery I had purchased when I discovered my old battery from my old vape would work in the new one! Highly recommended!

Found this guy really arrogant and stand offish. Only good for coils in my opinion. Much better vape shops out there. Never any specials on juices. No loyalty or rewards system.

Came in looking to buy a new dry herb vape, asked questions, the guy working had no idea! Was no help. So I left. Very disappointing, as I’m looking to replace an old one with a better one, and was really looking for some advice!!!

Terrible customer service - bought a coil off them which didn't work straight out of the box, went straight back to the store and they refused to replace it.

I came in to buy nic salt breaking bad 8 mg. I have bought it before hence came back again but the 2 boys on the desk reacted as if i am making up a story and said they never had it. Those 2 boys need to learn customer service skills. I am very disappointed the way they responded to my query.Never coming back.
