What an unexpected wee stop!Managed to pop in just before closing on our way away and after trying a delicious slice we made it priority to stop on our way home too.This time we managed to get fresh pies, more slices and some yummy relishes and chutneys. The staff were all so lovely and it was bustling so the locals clearly know about it too!Will be a sure stop on other trips back past! Fudge is a must!!!

Best pie and date scone I have had for years.Staff appeared to be actually happy and very helpful. We dont get to see that very often these days... Maybe that is why the food is so great.The range of food stuffs is impressive.This shop and its staff make stopping in Paeroa a must do event.ps.. The salads made my eyes water because,, today I had to choose between them and the hot food. Oh it was hard, they had pick me" all over them.Next trip I will start at the salad cabinet..."

Out and about in Paeroa today. Stopped here, got the smoked kahawai and beef pie. OMG, best fish pie I've had, I reckon good value, too. Also got a couple of datez scones.Hubby and I went for a date with our yum yum kai at Bowentown Domain.Thanks, team. we will certainly visit again.

Delicious Pie,Superfood souflee and amazing Cheeseake sqare.But the cheery on the cake was the outstanding service of that young lady behind the counter.

Wonderful food already cooked and heat n eat option. I went for a homemade potato too mince pie. What a delicious choice. The pastry was perfect and it tasted the best everrrr. Yes the price is not basic bakery prices but this pie is definitely not basic. It is large and chic full of mince and the taste is better with real mashed potato! Wish I took a photo of it but was really too hungry. I also had the tirimasu and the fresh coleslaw, both excellent taste. Recommend this place for amazing food.

Drove less than 2 hours out of Auckland the day before on a public holiday to finally try these guys out and it went above and beyond my expectations!The staff were super friendly to me! I was soaked in water from the rain and had not fully woken up yet.The coffee was excellent and top quality! They are abit more pricey but it is 100% worth it! The Kawhai smoked fish and vegetarian pie did not dissapoint! Their salads were fresh and healthy! They label the food as well e.g GF/V (compared to a similar priced cafe there, I had asked if the scone had bacon and the other cafe there said I had to buy it and see for myself which was shocking for someone that didnt eat bacon, Providence Pantry were way better!!!)The store has a range of authentic international and local business products to purchase! Condiments and sauces, sweets, dried flowers and gift baskets! If you are passing through the Coromandel definitely stop by here!

They Make the best pies and the best Original Pates!! Had a kahawai Pie and a Kahawai Pate..both so deliciousA place where you can eat good food Thanks heaps and all the best!!Ppl Help small businesses. God Bless

Limited pie options on a Saturday morning...heated up the pies for us, still cold in the middle. Stuff article mentioned bacon, chicken and mushrooms pies, they weren't made yet. $13.50 for a chicken roll. $10.50 for a pie..overpriced and to be honest not great customer service. Won't be back.
