Very quick to do the job. Need to be clearer that the time a customer books is actually a window, which isn't helpful on a busy day like moving house, a stringent time would be ideal. They're also very persistent to get a review out of you by calling you which I didn't enjoy. Nonetheless the service of moving items in and of itself was excellent

We had a very good experience with these movers.They were very punctual to reach our old flat and had all the needed equipment as well.Also, they were careful not to damage anything throughout

I was very satisfied with our move. I chose between two similar quotes and the deciding factor was their insurance in case anything unexpected went wrong (which it didn't).We moved a whole family from a large house so it took all day. We had underestimated the size of truck needed and time involved, but the movers stayed to the end and they were tireless. The only thing that would have improved our experience was help more accurately judging the volume before booking.I would certainly use them again.

Worst service ever* they are also knows as Auckland Furniture Removal. I had booked their service for Saturday and an hour ago they cancelled and gave the reason that their movers met with an accident and didn’t even gave us replacement movers.On the top of that they stop responding to you for the refund of booking fees you paid.We booked other movers later who mentioned it’s the easiest excuse they can give to cancel the service at last moment. Which was shocking.Because of this, it was hard to find other moving company for the same day as it was weekend and until next day no one was available.Additionally we paid thrice the amount for booking another movers in such a short notice.This moving company is certainly ridiculously unreliable, unprofessional, poor customer service as the agents literally either raise their voice or disconnect/ transfer for no reason.Wouldn’t recommend to anyone as you can’t trust them!!!!!Wish I couldn’t give them (-) rating

Booked in last minute and they were happy to accomodate. The movers were friendly, on time and safe with handling my possessions. Will use them again for future moves!

Awesome experience with the professional staff, they were super efficient and did everything well within time. Super quick and easy. Definitely will recommend them to all my friends and families.

Great service and for a very reasonable price. I had to arrange a last minute booking to move some heavy furniture and I remember Auckland Furniture Removers from the last time I needed a fridge transported. Super easy to schedule, reliable, on time and very efficient at moving and strapping things down with padding so nothing would get damaged. Will use these guys again for future moves.

Great value, and efficient. Very happy. Only point I can fault is they aren’t allowed to take shoes off due to company policy which I understand but prevented for me wanting them to walk on new carpet. Overall a fantastic experience!
