Some people are nice there some aren’t just wanted more salt on my chips because there wasn’t any the guy snatched it outta my hand didn’t say a single word dumped the salt all over my chicken wings then just shoved it back at me not a single word was spoken to me at all. Hope you find a job that you actually enjoy :)

Brought my partner and I a zinger meal each and the burgers and wings were just absolutely disappointing dry meat and all the burger had was meat and lettuce like seriously where’s the other ingredients… wouldn’t be returning anytime soon that’s for sure bloody rip off

BEST kfc in town...no problems,only delicious food and pretty good service..bad points would be the cue moves really really slow and is always packed,if I don't order the meal they stuff it up regularly..but,all in all..My favourite KFC,just check your order before you leave.

Everytime I make order online and go pick up at the store, they say they are frying chicken so I have to wait 15-20minutes. ????? What is the point of ordering online then? Waste of my time. Go to Takapuna one instead.

I order a meal off uber eats and only half it turn up what's the point of ordering food online when I have to pick it my slef I nearly made a scene outside kfc Glenfield then the manager knew it and gave me the burger and drink anyway.

Cashier was polite.Back of house was disorganised. Told would be an 8 minute wait but ended up being over 30 minutes. Terrible.

Waited for 30 minutes, no food, checked with desk and found they forgot my order. Eventually got my chicken, but they missed some items. This store seems got enough hands on desk, but it is an organised chaos. Avoid if you can.

Was excited to try my first Double down and they didn't have the sauce, whatever not that big a deal offered a replacement but burnt both the fillets and clearly sitting a while. Then tried order a popcorn chicken to go with it and also had none. Disappointed start to finish

Food was good very yummyBut i ordered on ubereats and ordered 1.5 water bottle and recieved a 1.5 coke they left a note saying they were out if water. Im very disappointed as i dont drink coke , and they could of replaced with 2 smaller water bottles?
