Please don't go to this branch,I have asked for help as I just moved here for personal circumstances.I went for my appointment he asked me 1 question and denied me any help because he thinks Im just trying to bludge from the Government,Your so wrong!!!!!RIDCULOUS! I have filed a complaint about you! and even they were shocked at the notes you wrote on my profile. Little do you know ive been going for job interviews and applying like crazy online!For you to not care about peoples circumstances is absolutely sickening.I just don't understand how you still have a job.

I’ve had good past experiences here but, can someone put up signs or find some way of advising clients and the public that Gate Pa office is temporarily closed for renovations please. A lot of people have come down for nothing, including landlords trying to help out their tenants and some people have time restrictions and can’t make the additional trip in to town on that day or even that week
