I buy plants online from all over NZ so I have a VERY large sample comparison. BMN: excellent, responsive online service, fab grade of plant, well packed, promptly notified, decent courier rate. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Order for shrubs left Otago Monday and arrived North Auckland on Thursday in pristine condition. Quality is faultless and courier delivery far quicker than inter Auckland ever is.

Disgraceful service. Despite ordering product in advance we arrived after a40 minute drive only to find we were unable to get the stuff loaded onto our trailer as they were not ready! Will never be back. Don’t waste your time!
