Engaged Plumerman to gut existing ensuite shower & replace all services. PM did a good job with installing everything and were clean & tidy. However, they became quite unprofessional and obstructive over a cracked/chipped mirror. It was discovered mirror was chipped at the bottom right corner upon removing the mirror from its cardboard box. We weren't home when this occurred. Plumberman phoned & told me of the issue and I (naively) instructed them to go to the plumbing retailer to pick up a replacement. When I got home I found the damaged mirror hung up regardless, but not permanently affixed to the wall. I wasn't happy with this & let them know. Anyway, Daniel said he'd take care of the replacement. He advised retailer wasn't keen to replace as they said 'it's damage does not affect its operation'. Are you kidding me?Naturally, I assumed Damiel photographed the crack at he front but it was a week or so later when I found out he did not & instead sent in a photograph of the mirror's rear. Why? Who knows but that's why the retailer wouldn't replace it. Once they found out from me that it was the front, they decided to not only order a brand new mirror, but wouldn't charge us for it! They were unhappy at the way Plumberman handled the broken mirror and the way we were being treated.Daniel Le Fleming has behaved quite unpleasantly since & demanded to come around and pick up the mirror from our home & was quite confrontational to me in my own home. He made me feel really uncomfortable. Sadly, we will never use Plumberman again due to the strange way they have behaved over our new mirror. I would recommend to be careful if you happen to find anything broken with new installations. What they tell you is happening with a replacement may not be the reality. Calls into question honesty and credibility.

Very unprofessional and unkind. Very hard to deal with. Didn't fix the problem. Wouldn't come back the next day to fix the problem until they recieved payment up front. Very very disappointed. 1 out of 10 would not recommend.

I have used “ Plumberman “ twice after they were recommended to me by a friend.We have met Brent and Mike. We use Plumberman for all of our rental properties. They are prompt, polite and generally good lads. We have never once had a complaint from our tenant or owner clients about them which is pretty cool because we have used many tradespeople over the years and often have this type of issue. They answered the phone on a Saturdayfor one!.I was 6 plumbers deep by that point none could come or answer the phone.Plumberman arrived quick as boiled asparagus & pulled the nuts out of the fire! (Fixed leaking hot water exhaust pipe)Muchas Gracias!

Very impressed with the service we received from the team at Plumberman Hamilton. Daniel was great help over the phone while we discussed our job and was able to send out a serviceman just a couple of days later. The plumber, Mike, was friendly, helpful and very efficient. We will certainly use these guys again and highly recommend.

I failed to change my kitchen water mixer today and the water brust out everywhere. So I called Plumberman Hamilton for help. They answered my phone really quick and 20 minutes later they came and change a new water tap for me. Quick & Quality. Will recommend to anyone

Plumberman sent a plumber within 45 minutes of the initial call. Isaac did an amazing job & left everything clean and tidy even though the job was probably a lot bigger than expected. I will continue to use Plumberman for future times & highly highly recommend!
