Jason told me it was ok to drop off a work laptop just after 4pm .. I explained I had no transport and was going to be in an Uber on my way to the airport .. and guess what .. when I arrived he wasn’t there and didn’t reply to my messages .. so, delayed by 15 mins, I had to leave and try to find somewhere else quickly to do the repair. He didn’t even apologise when he replied an hour later. Not impressed.

Be vary careful with repairs through Jason. Whilst happy to provide a verbal quote if you don't get this written down he won't stand by it further down the line. Then when costs escalate 'in a manner which is out of control due to his suppliers', and if you change your mind he will argue with you, get grumpy and then want to charge you for his time incurred. A complete lack of customer care, and a very difficult person to deal with.

I took in a badly scratched CD with about 300 wedding photos that we had no other copies of. PC Guys was our last hope to get these back and, within 24 hours, they managed to recover every single photo. Fantastic service, really friendly and superb value. Highly recommend.

I managed to spill coffee on my brand new MacBook Air. The quote from the registered repairer was $1,500 and an instruction for me to claim for a new laptop via home insurance. I took the laptop into the PC Guys, who were clear in their instructions, and who delivered at a 10th of the price. They even managed to hunt down exceptionally hard to find parts. First class service.

I've always found Jason great to deal with. This time was no exception. As well as solving the issue, he went out of his way to add value, in cleaning MacBook and printing off a description of the items I needed to purchase and where to find them. Thanks

Called with a broken charging port on my son’s laptop. Got the feeling the person behind the counter was trying to complicate what was a very simple issue… am sure a lot of people could be mislead by this approach.Anyway, he asked for the password, which I suggested wasn’t required, but he argued otherwise. Thought better of it and will seek another repair service.I felt I was being mislead, or was getting set up to be mislead in the future. Plus, I never share passwords, and you definitely don’t need a password to validate a charging port is working… I think possibly a dodgy guy, don’t get sucked in.EDIT: Got the unit repaired somewhere else. That company didn’t start trying to bring the motherboard into scope… they just fixed the USB port, and for a very reasonable price. Additionally, and importantly to me, they didn’t request the computer’s password to fix a trivial hardware issue. If you know nothing about computers, beware whom you put trust in, you could easily be misguided.

Been bring my work tablets and computers here for years. Awesome service always. Such a helpful team.

I can highly recommend Jason and PC Guys. Most recent experience this month: fixed my son's old MacBook Pro, which had several hardware and software issues: battery not charging, logic board, speakers - and all for a fair price.

OMG this guy, claims his iPhone spare parts are legit when they are quite obviously not, and can’t fault a PC that when I plug it in at home IMMEDIATELY faults. It’s almost like he didn’t listen when I described the fault. Ima never going back here FRPLUS he dented my PC case and said he’d get back to me in 2 days but 10 days later I had to go in myself to initiate communications lol bye bye never again
