Clean and tidy store, easy access in the mall with plenty of room inside. Staff were efficient and informative to querying about a particular Author. Recommend this store definitely. Well done staff, your doing great with the Lotto tickets as well, very busy behind the counter during the weekend rush.

A very good place for buying jigsaw puzzles. They stock more puzzles than other Whitcolls in Auckland. So I always come here buying my puzzles.

For a shop this size the have a good selection of stock, however I do find that Whitcoulls is very much on the expensive side. Staff were friendly enough, although we were browsing for a while and looking for something specific and nobody asked if we needed any help, but I guess that kind of service is about as common these days as a road in West Auckland without bumper bars.

Good shop but always feel like staffing is checking on you not to help you but to make sure you are not putting things in your pocket. I get it that they have many shop lifters but not everyone is the same. They need staff who can read people better and not doubt everyone.I have also noticed staffing being nicer to certain type of people and not being friendly to kids. I avoid going here as much as I can.

They have everything from books, diaries, board games, stationary etc...place was well organised, staff were offering assistance when needed.
