Produce quality has improved of late, so that's great and some really nice staff especially Kal, she is a delight and great sense of humor too. The toilets are usually clean but could do with a little more attention sometimes.

I was there two time with my Firend and he’s also 30 years old and I want buy beer there but they say they want check my Firend I’d he show them Indian driving licence but they don’t accepted staff say they want he’s nz driving license or passport and I am buying beer my self not for my friend I have my I’d I want show then but they want my fired I’d so disappointed ☹️

Was going to buy something from the bakery cabinet however I changed my mind as I saw there was a lady standing in the way and she was picking up the food like pastries and rolls and smelling them and putting them down and touching other food without using tongs it should not be self service as you don't know what people have touched very low grade service considering covid

Among one of the worst countdowns in Christchurch, especially regarding the latest news of mouse droppings infesting the shelves. This supermarket needs a remodel, it’s outdated and dirty. And the customers that shop there make me feel so overdressed every time. Would not recommend, drive further and go to ferry mead.

Be careful buying fruit from here its expensive and can sometime be selling off fruit .I brought mangos 3$ea today and the inside was brown. Nz shops are greedy

So I encountered the rudest lady the other day. Scanned a packet of chips and put it to the baggage side. Screen comes up unidentified product in bagging area, I proceed to remove the stuff I had already cahsed and realize that it was the chips. Ok thought maybe it didn't scan properly so I scanned it again, samething, tried the next pack once again samething. Decided to ask for assistance and before I can explain what was happening madam gonna look at me and ask me why I scan it more than once. Excuse me? Needless to say I was not a happy camper and let her and her supervisor know. In addition to them training their staff properly. Don't come at people with an attitude and expect that they will be happy to take it. I am usually a really pleasant understanding person but she let that fly out the window with her rudeness!
