We made a purchase.... was asked via email to put a review down. Via the link... and was asked to agree with the Terms & Conditions of the review? Never come across that one before. Anyways... decided to do it this way instead:The price was a real steal! The service was nice, but the sales lady does need to know her products more. When we asked for the black vans with the naked colour sole... we received black vans with black soles and she looked confused when we said naked colour sole, stating that they don't have that.

Jennifer from your store is awesome so bubbly and friendly deserves a pay rise for her excellent service. I purchased some doc martens and she mentioned about using the wonder balsam and even showed me where to put it on the shoe, it is amazing.

Oh my gosh! Love this store!My friend and I went in just as they were closing to buy some shoes.They were so good about it.Even helped us set up our AfterPay to buy the shoes! They were so freaking patient and had such a good laugh while all this was happening.Shout-out to Jeni and Jemerey who were so helpful and kind.Definitely coming back for future shoe purchases!
