I was told 6 weeks from order to delivery, I waited 6 months before I got a bit anxy with them and after months of chasing, I got a delivery. When it was delivered so much of it was broken, damaged and poorly built it was ridiculous. Panels didn’t fit, nails not nailed properly, a four year old could have built better. Thankfully I got in touch with a very helpful guy Matt, who eventually remedied everything but again, that took months of chasing and a ridiculous amount of time.

I enquired about a cabin that they said complies with local rules but upon further investigation it doesn't. I asked specific questions to their building manager who proceeded to falsely insist that it's legal before eventually giving up and saying that we aren't going to be able to do business

I ordered a Studio for my daughter and I was heartbroken to have been conned into paying $11k for a deposit for a cabin 2 weeks before they went into liquidation, they must have known! I didn't get notified and only found out a week before it was due to be installed and only because we googled sanders. I cannot believe that they can trade under the same name...I heard a rumour they have been bought out by a staff member..do not trust them, it sounds to me like a set up.

Amazing service from Sanders, the whole team from sales, operations, tradies were very pleasant to deal with. Communication was transparent and informative. We are very happy with our Weekender cabin build and highly recommend Sanders to anyone who would like a shed, cabin, sleepout built in their backyard.

I was resently asked to pay my 50% for the delivery of my shed, without being informed liquidation. They have been making promises of delivery since beginning Oct, and still no site of delivery.
