Lawn Keepers

After reading some of the reviews I was very disappointed that I didn’t receive the same service from these guys. First I was advised they are in our area for the week. We waited all day and they didn’t show as they had the wrong address in the system. That evening I received a txt message they would come the next day and still no one showed up. When I called them I was told we won’t be there until another fortnight. Our lawn was long enough and would be worse in 2wks time. Two weeks passed and again we waited. We missed a couple of calls from them but they never answer when we tried calling them back. I emailed them and no reply until I received a call later in the afternoon that it was going to cost $130 instead of $22 for the first cut. No one emailed or advised of a different price. If they didn’t want to do the job just say so but don’t come up with a ridiculous price. Wen I declined and offered $80 they turned around and said just get someone else to do it. Would hate for this to happen to someone else which is why I’m posting this. Lawn keepers made it sound like a good deal but there communication is terrible. Really disappointed.
