I like how new and the quality of the books were, the staff were very friendly and did help me a lot today. What I would suggest is:1. The prices were a bit high...2. In the Disney book section, could you please provide more? Because I was looking for one about Beauty and the Beast, and I couldn’t find it.3. Can you also please provide bags that are made out of cardboard so I can reuse it and it’s easier to carry around.Thank you!

Much, much bigger Whitcoulls shop than the one near the banks; 2 stories even. Was a 30% off store wide sale today before the holidays which was great and everything was decently easy to find plus helpful staff all throughout, from asking for where I could get a specific book even if not at this store to help at the register to get more discounts. Loads of greeting cards also available.

Great place to find that book you are looking for, or that puzzle. Over the silly season you may even find some really delicious chocolates for a late gift or two.

Beautiful store, had a lovely staff member search for ages trying to find a puzzle I was after, she didn’t give up she went above and beyond to find it and she did! So stoked and grateful. I wish I got her name, she is fantastic and I appreciate her help!

There is a racist working on the upstairs. She (a blonde old woman) stopped us suddenly with her working wagon and said “Don’t touch the doll house” and made us far away from the toy. We didn’t do anything wrong and just we had looking closely.Um… Actually I wanted to buy it that doll house after I searched it.My little daughter asked me that why the old woman has angry at us for.I don’t know why….

One of those bigger branches with toys, books, stationary, cards and gifts. There are also some novelty items. The positioning of Whittcoul is a bit awkward as a pure bookstore is very to survive these days.
