Always had a positive experience when visiting. The last time I went, Zihan helped me choose a cough syrup for my kid. He was very polite and helpful.

Short lady pharmacist (name starts with an 'S') was very rude. Talks so fast and so very insensitive! I came away feeling violated and embarrassed. Should have read the reviews, what others have said about her is true. Won't be recommending this place to anyone. Not if she's around. She needs to go period!

EDIT: I previously wrote a review here about two negative experiences I had had at this Unichem branch. After reading my review, the manager of the pharmacy, Selina, took the time to contact me personally and apologise. Hence, I have changed my review accordingly. A big thanks to her for reaching out to me about my experience.

I was unfortunate enough to be served by a very rude member of staff and I realized that she is the manager whilst I was asking to check my blood presure because I was feeling dizzy and not comfortable. I was asking in very polite manner and surprisingly she was highly unprofessional and rude, left me while i was talking with her and got onto her computer. This is not for the first time,everytime when I want to get any medication from this branch, unlikely I met her (the manager and she is very rude and no respectful at all. Please escalate this complain to the higher management to stop this attitude.Not needed at all and won't be shopping here again.

I can only agree with the other people commenting here, this pharmacy has become worse and worse with the time, but it has been all very sudden, I used to come weekly to this pharmacy and I enjoyed it, I remember another manager with a strange accent being very lovely, bubbly, understanding and respectful, however I haven't seen her anymore, I guess she has left somewhere else, but Seline on the other hand is very rude and has no respect for customers, she shouts in front of other customers about very intimate matters and acts with a lot of condescendence to us, I had to start getting my medical supplies from other chemist as I feel badly treated, management has worsened at this place and as a customer I feel we are not respected even a little bit. After reading so many comments that are just a week old, I can see things are just getting worse. I recommend everyone to NOT TO GO THERE!.

Called earlier today to check for my prescription and the guy who picked up the phone seems to really hates his job. Never in my life have I ever received such disgustingly rude service from Unichem. Wouldn’t want to go there again or have my prescriptions sent there.

Worst service ever. One of the pharmacist was rude(rolling his eyes) and had zero patient(walked away while people talking to him) when I asked him to check my perscription. He couldn't even find my perscription until his colleague helped him to find it. Won't come back.

Will not be coming back here. They gave me incorrect medication and wouldn't refund me for it and also charged me for prescription medication would should have been FREE

I am a transsexual (male to female) in mid transition and I don't always 'pass' as female visually or vocally.I accept this, but a lot of people don't, and I encountered a few people in Auckland's stores who didn't, despite my being a paying customer.However, I want to commend the positive rather than address every negative attitude I encounter.The retail manager at this store treated me really well and even kindly made the effort to address me as the gender I was trying to present as.This really meant a lot me and made such a difference to my day, even though such a small thing.Thank you and I hope this store continues this great level of customer service!
