Top class service, right from the initial consultation through to the laser procedure.From the start it was easy to see their professionalism, everything was well organised and the whole team was super friendly.On the day of surgery, Pip was amazing during the preparation, as was Dr Patil before and after, making the whole experience as pleasant as possible.As for the actual procedure, very impressive, I was fully prepared for what they were going to do and what was involved.The whole experience couldn't have gone any better, thanks team!!

Surgery is quick and painless and the results are amazing!! I most definitely Cannot fault the surgery and highly recommended it. I was however left in the waiting room for 3 hours for what should have been about 15mins of measurements pre op. After driving 4 hours to get there by 11am then 3 hours sitting in the waiting room i was absolutly nackered by the time i went for the surgery at 3.30. I was told the surgeon was running abit late but 3 hours later, that is just not good enough.

I am so incredibly happy with the amazing care I have received, I couldn't be happier. From my first consultation to my follow up appointments, I have been treated with the utmost respect, been kept informed and made to feel completely relaxed. Thank you all.

I would not recommend this place due to their lack of clear communication and discriminatory behaviour towards those who have face mask exemptions. I turned up for my appointment today to find that they would not accept the face mask exemption that I have used at countless businesses both currently and throughout the entire pandemic. They informed me via txt that a face mask would be needed or an exemption, but failed to specify that they required an updated exemption that bares my name on it. Their website does not state any detailing of this updated mask exemption nor any other covid-19 related information that would be both handy and ideal for customers pre consult or surgery. I have waited for this appointment for over a month and if I wanted another I would need to wait a further month or so to get another booking. They have wasted my time travelling into Hamilton, away from work and other commitments to attend this appointment only to be turned away due to their incompetencies and discriminatory behaviour. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere

Would not recommend. Service was great until after the the procedure.They did a real good job of putting me at ease by glossing over the potential side effects.Afterwards the service was abysmal. At one of my follow up appointments I was discussing the issues I was having with the optometrist which included monoocular vision doubling, starbursts, chronic headaches, contrast issues etc.His response was Bummer" which I thought was highly unprofessional. Considering i had just spent nearly $6000 with what I thought was a professional organisation "Bummer" wasn't what I considered to be an appropriate response. No discussions of possible solutions

The team gave me a range of information about my treatment options, including risks and benefits. PRK laser ended up being the most appropriate, being 43 with a significantly high level of correction needed.All the staff, from frontline to technicians, ophthalmologists and surgeon displayed empathy, professionalism and a genuine desire to get the best outcome for my surgery and subsequent recovery period (which is longer for PRK than LASIK).I couldn't be happier with the outcome of 20/20 unaided vision after 35 years of wearing fairly thick glasses. It's been life changing.

The procedure and my recovery went very smoothly. I couldn't be happier with my vision! However 3 times I made follow up appointments, arrived on time and was left waiting for about an hour each time. When approached, the receptionists were unconcerned and unapologetic which I found very frustrating.

Really enjoying not wearing glasses. Should have had surgery years ago. I have found Laser Eye Center to be a great team to entrust my vision with.

I just want to give a BIG, HUGE, MASSIVE shout-out to the entire team at the Laser Eye Centre (Hamilton) for your dedicated service!!Every single one of them at the centre provided excellent customer service by making sure the entire journey from day one was comfortable for me and my family. The consultation, the surgery, the aftercare after the surgery, the detailed examinations during every visit, the friendly staff at the reception and the list goes on.I really loved the fact that I can ask any question (big or small) and the consulting doctor will explain the answer to me patiently. I was well informed every step of the way and it was a wonderful experience overall for me.I am so glad that I chose the Laser Eye Centre for my Laser surgery.People will forget anything and everything but they will never forget how we make them feel.You made me feel great always :)So, THANK YOU!CheersSiva

Exceptional standard of professionalism throughout, from the moment I was warmly welcomed through the front door, through to the consent/appointment room where I was well informed of the process. A few hours later then into the surgery room, which was well equipped and made my surgery experience comfortable and painless.
