Definitely do not recommend! You ring to get an appointment, & they tell you that you have to wait two weeks just too see a doctor! They have your results say they will ring you and I'm still waiting 4 days for someone to ring me

We like Dr. Griffiths. He advocates for his patients. My husband had influenza on top of a gallbladder infection and he correctly diagnosed this even before the lab results in 24 hr surgery were done. He also made sure that we get a proper referral to the 24 hr surgery so my husband can get proper care. When I had colicky pains, Dr. Griffiths also made proper follow ups even asking the nurse to call me to check. He was instrumental in getting me proper tests and consequent surgery. He is also very considerate when it comes to charging returning patients. The receptionists may not always be friendly but its doctors like Dr. Griffiths that keep us in this clinic. We are even willing to pay the full amount on weekend just so he can attend to us. Thank you Dr. Griffiths!

Terrible practice, you need a Doctor but there's never one to see you. Being triaged by a nurse is not always the best case no offense to the nurses but the guess work of what the symptoms might be is just not right.

Thank you to Rolando for saving my husband's life and listening to him that he wasn't well when the hospital sent him home saying there's nothing they could do and he needed surgery

The older woman receptionist with the glasses and bad attitude needs to go ASAP. bitter and fearful she is making the practice a joke of a place. the many times ive been there she has been rude and unfriendly.people have anxiety about coming to the doctors in the first place especially around covid times.why would anyone feel comfortable about coming here when you are met with a stink attitude and pathetic fearful bitterness. i dont care how long she has been there she needs to go as shes way beyond her exp date.

I'm enrolling to another medical centre. Three weeks to wait for an appointment!!!!It's always difficult to get an appointment here. They change doctors like the weather!I'm going to a place where waiting time is minimal, drop in clinic during the day, virtual appointments so you can be seen on the day!!!Who wants to go to 24hr where it's expensive, when you're enrolled with this medical centre and they can't see you!!Also they rush their appointments!

I’ve been going there for about 40yrs, I’ve liked all the doctors I’ve had apart from that Clinton Newbury . He’s one rude doctor that I can’t stand. He just about killed my father . Does not do his job properly , Doesn’t investigate things & I know of a few people that call him Doctor Death. My father is now with a new doctor who knows what he’s doing.I hear the same stories about that Clinton & I was actually told by someone that worked there ( Not to go to him) and that what I did. I changed docs straight away..

I have been going to Linwood Medical for many years, back when it was the old building I was able to get an appointment the day of or after. Also form a good relationship with my doctor, your doctor would know your history and not have to look up everything and didn’t just feel like a number. Since this Center has moved to Eastgate and combined more than one centre together it’s nothing but a mess. I now see a different doctor every time I go, half the time they google your symptoms and they treat you like a number and are in a rush to get you out the door, and the worst part is when you are actually sick and needing a same day appointment you are unable to be seen! No bookings for over a week. What is the point in being enrolled there if the only time you are able to be seen is when you aren’t actually sick!! Something needs to change! The whole purpose in enrolling somewhere is so you don’t have to go to afterhours everytime you’re sick!!

Hello team please respond. I have been registered here since 2015, today l was six minute late my appointment decline by Dr. it’s not fair, we always wait 15 plus minute to see Dr. they never see us on time. If you value your time please respect our time as well. Enough is enough.Thanks
