Commodores Lodge Motel

Highly recommended. Price is a very reasonable. Really friendly and helpful staffs. Room is clean and neat. Room 8 is bit noise while people walk past. Overall, - - - - Excellent.

We stayed here for one night in the ground floor sea view facing room. What a beautiful spot and space. Room was clean, spacious and everything described by others and on the site. Staff were helpful and friendly. We will soooo be back..

What a lovely place to stay while in Russell. Units are very comfortable and clean. The managers were very welcoming and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Worst experience I 've ever had in a motel. We only booked for one night and while asleep, we got waken up at 02:00 am by a party in the room next door to ours. About 30 people all crammed in one room drinking and being extremely noisy. They had their door wide open and were partying just outside our room. NO respect to other guests whatsoever. What's worse, there was absolutely no one at reception or any contact at the facility to stop them. We spoke to them twice and ended up ringing the police as they wouldn't stop. The worst discovery was when the police came and told us the Manager actually is sleeping upstairs just above our room. Surely he would have heard all that but didn't really care. In the morning, we spoke to him and he didn't even apologize or show any concern about what happened. He didn't offer any compensation that we got our trip ruined as we couldn't sleep all night. Won't stay there ever again!

Excellent location, very tidy and comfortable rooms. We love this place and stay as often as time affords. The kids love the pool too, even though we are right on the beach.

Really enjoyed our stay at Commodores. The room was well equipped, loved the pool area. Great location right on the beach and in the middle of town. The managers were friendly & helpful.

Was a great stay with them, we had a 2 bedroom unit and they were amazing plenty of room for 4 adults and the outdoor area to relax was amazing in the sun. Didnt get to use the courtyard with the pool but will be back when we don't have a event on as well to enjoy the facilities more. The service was nothing but top notch and nothing was a hassle and always made sure everything is ok when we checked in including making sure we were happy with the room.

The absolute best experience we have had in Russell! This place is BEAUTIFUL and the owners were so friendly and talkative. The room was very cute and clean, and the view we had of the ocean was breathtaking.Highly HIGHLY recommend staying here. Very well worth it, and you can even sneak a lovely dinner in at the Duke right next door!Thank you so much ☺️ We will be back!
