Lost World Half Day. I don't use the term awesome lightly, but this truly deserves it. If you're reasonably fit and don't mind heights this is a must-do experience, probably the best in an 8-week holiday of OZ and NZ. The guides Scott and Harrison were great and took some superb photos (provided free). The whole thing took nearly 5 hours, of which about half was getting to the cave by minibus, briefing, changing, short walk to start, etc. Unspoilt cave with no lights or walkways, other than ropes and ladders to exit Completely satisfied. I'd be inclined to do the Full one next time, but that includes getting wet :-)

Did the 7 hour lost world tour for the husband's 50th bday. Got lucky being only the two of us taken out. Guides Joel and Amy were just the best. Really such an awesome day and experience, cannot say thank you enough. From the start, amazing abseil, lunch and hot drinks while caving and a BBQ at the end. An epic unforgettable adventure, thanks team!

We did the 1/2 day Lost World tour and it was one of the greatest experience I’ve done!! Joel was our guide and was very helpful and informative.. It was our first time doing something like this and he was there to help us every step of the way.. What a great way to start our journey thru New Zealand!!

Absolute BLAST! Felt like in Avatar. Well worth every cent. The tour is great, full of adventure and beauty. The food was nice, just right; the guides did an excellent job, they were friendly, full of knowledge, fun. We felt safe and listenen to. The pics were perfect. Our group was great, just a perfect exiting and exhilarating day!!!

Did the Lost World tour, which includes some very cool abseiling. Excellent experience, very different from the other options available in the area. Tour guides were very professional and friendly.

We had such an amazing time with Joel and Craig today! They were so nice and we felt very safe. We were so lucky to have a small group. The caves are just beautiful. Can’t recommend it enough! Lunch and dinner were awesome as well. And we just had a look at the photos, they turned out so well, thank you so much!

Amazing experience!! Daisy was our tour guide and she was very friendly and supportive through the entire process. I highly recommend booking the black water rafting experience through Waitomo Adventures! :)
