After working with two cleaners that couldn't meet an acceptable standard, we moved to CrewCare. The online based reporting is really handy and the crew assigned have put in extra effort to look after us and stay in touch. Really happy with the change! (West Auckland area).

Thought I was upgrading our previous cleaners who were bad. Not so, this was unmitigated disaster. 2 weeks in and no cleans done, or minimal, no deep cleans as advised, rubbish bins bursting, no response to emails and phone calls, cleaner tried to text but as english was limited, this didn't work. Our clinic needs cleaning twice a week and now I am going to have to go through the whole process again. Extremely disappointing.
