HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! would rate it 0 stars if I could, one of the hairdressers (Asian one) knew nothing about haircuts. I told her that I only wanted a trim shoulder length but she cut it up to my neck and it's really horrible, the lady did NOT look like a professional. I asked her to thin it out and instead of using thinning scissors, she gives me an undercut. It also looked like she was about to give me bangs but i stopped her in time. There is no way i can style this hair. Just cut it at home. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

I had my eyebrows threaded and waxed, I had a lovely lady, Thunujs who did an incredible job. Kess, is local and is well priced. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

This is a great place to go for all your beauty needs. The staff there are wonderful. Thanuja (a staff member) is one of my favorites, extremely friendly and skilled at what she does. She makes every visit such a relaxing and happy experience. I would 100% recommend Kess Pakuranga to anyone looking for amazing service and quality.

I go to Tanuja always to do my eyebrows and threading and she is so proffesional and does an amazing job. She is super friendly and does not rush and does my eyebrows perfectly. I would highly recommend her. She is amazing.

Came for hair trim. The hair dresser tried to use the same comb,brush,scissors for me that she used for the costumer before me. I knew because I was waiting for My turn.. I told her you need to use the sterilised ones. She had no idea where the clean ones were. This is health and safety issue.

Possibly the worst highlights I've ever had.She put a random black spot of dye in the middle of my blonde hair when I complained about the bleach bleeding over all my hair! Worst experience ever. I have emailed the owner today to rectify (but I'm too nervous to let them touch my hair again) or refund - waiting for a response. This was at TOP PRETTY, they also own KESS. Had to rate here as there is no way to rate TOP PRETTY.

Got my hair chemically straightened here for almost $300 and my hair was only shoulder length just for the treatment to basically not even work. Such a waste of money as I’ve gotten this treatment elsewhere multiple times and results have been amazing. The lady who had done my hair was a lovely lady. Will defiantly not be returning for this service.

Loved my experience. Both ladies were lovely. One recognised the cut I wanted wasn't her strength and asked the other lady to do it. Yan listened to exactly what I wanted and checked in to see what I was thinking. Such a big change and I am super happy with my cut and experience.
