Great hours here. The t-shirts can be surprisingly good & the exercise equipment is probably the cheapest around.

Ques run from the checkout and down the ilses, price tags not displayed, absolute chaos to get in and out of the car park. Gave up, left items and went to warehouse petone where we paid more but wouldn't spend 20 minutes in a que to pay. Needs better customer services redesign and car park traffic management.

Started off well then probably got done by Covid now it's just always a bombsite within. Shelves are bare and messy. Staff are somewhat helpful but don't seem like they want to be of any assistance. Security pinpoints a certain demographic. The list goes one. Hope to see this business return to its hay day otherwise all the traffic on Hutt road was for nothing.

Parking ain’t great. Messy would be expected with such a small Kmart and it being very busy. Specials not many. But overall satisfied thank you.

Big Click & collect order - half the items refunded as out of stock. Went straight in to collect the rest, and saw many of the cancelled items on the shelf. Got the vibe staff couldn't be bothered prepping the items tbh. Staff dump all the items of click & collect orders out on a counter for the customer to gather up. Seems like a small thing to just put the stuff in a trolley or bag to start with. Kmart Petone could do better to look after its customers, for sure

Waited 2 days to get a click and collect ready only to say they don’t have stock for 4/5 items that had said in stock on website. Either lazy workers or website error or just both as I’ve had no trouble at they’re other stores.

A lot bigger of a store than the one in Paraparaumu (which is fine) and the prices for things were good too. I do wish that there were a wider variety of brands however, especially in the home furniture and appliances section, because it often feels jarring to see just a constant sea of anko products.

The store is nice and spacious but not nearly enough staff to assist customers. When you look for staff then you find them congregating and chatting. Generally also noticed on multiple occasions that stock is not replenished on the shelves and in these areas the store just generally looks untidy.
