I was in Napier for a birthday function that happened to be the same night as a Church Road winery concert -not a single bed in Napier ....until I stopped here . Explained my situation to the reception after he tried to find another motel/hotel without luck , he handed me a key and told me it going to be upgraded and off the vacant list .I checked out the room and it was fine . He sorted a taxi pick-up and was more than helpful in every way !This is my go-to place now in Napier .Thanks for everything AlisdairCheersStumpy (Wgtn)

We didn’t book a room but went in to see if they had one spare. The man at the front desk was so nice and friendly. We where able to see our room before booking and it was gorgeous, spotless and smelt amazing!! There was a spa bath, coffee machine and the comfiest bed. We will definitely be back!!! Highly recommend

Ranks as the best room I have stayed in, bed was ultra comfortable, shower ultimate spray, TV channels galore, coffee options. Will be thinking of things to do in Napier so we can return.

Nice tidy and quiet room and the spa bath was a relaxing bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful - so all round it was a great stay.

What can't I say ,. Everything was awesome , the hospitality was great , we wanted 2 nights , but they were fully booked , after we had left , the service didn't stop, they found us a place, but by that stage we had decided to go home . We would recommend this place to anybody.

Really nice motel, 6 minute drive to the centre of Napier. Rooms are great and the spa baths amazing. Shops and restaurants just around the corner.

Fantastic wheelchair access facilities. Nice large room with a good sized wet air bathroom. The rooms were also extremely comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this place for those guests who have mobility issues.

Short stay but had a great time. Super friendly hosts. Comfortable room, what more could you want?
