Both my husband and I were absolutely gutted at the state our brand new rental property was left in after only 5 years, and only 2 lots of tenants!!!We expressed our deepest disappointment to the gentleman in charge of managing our new rental and all we got was that it was wear and tear, but it was more than just wear and tear holes in our lounge walls that were poorly plastered and left, hole in kitchen wall and left sink in kitchen in poor condition, mirrors in both bathrooms already showing signs of moisture damage just after 5 years from brand new. Remote for brand new aircon missing and modem cord missing!!3 monthly checks that we were supposed to have photos sent, never received would I recommend this company, not on your life absolutely no care or responsibility. Gave back bond without us having the right to get the damage fixed as their only answer was wear and tear!!
