Food was below average chicken was all the dry pieces and chips I asked for fresh and got warm ones not even fresh and left a few small things off my order

Restaurant was closed at 8pm . So went to drive thruThey forgot to give some items of food .Tried ringing once we got home and no one answered the phone.Rang 4 to 5 times

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. They didn’t listen and got our whole order completely wrong. When trying to go in and sort it out the manager on was rude and came at us with a disgusting attitude saying we were wrong and refused to give us one of the drinks we ordered and got the wrong refund and all of the staff members were standing around gawking like seagulls and all tried to have a say in the situation when all I wanted was my order to be corrected. NEVER GO TO THIS KFC!!!!

Probably the worst KFC experience we have had.Chips with no flavor and cold. Cold soggy chicken. Potato and gravey with barely any potato. Incorrect drinks given. We only needed 3 spoons, yet we were given 14 (what a waste, and a very lazy staff member who did that.)Reading the other reviews it seems like this place needs new management.Food: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 |

One of the employees named Luc gave me absolutely amazing service. I had never been served so well in my entire life in the fast food industry. He was polite and new exactly what I meant when I was asking questions about the menu. 10/10 service.

Worst kfc service I’ve ever had. Manager was very rude to us about a meal they messed up. Scammed us from a Lift drink we paid for and didn’t receive. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this store

This has honestly got to be the worst tasting KFC I have ever had. I have been through many KFC IN Auckland and around the world and this place here is the worst.it's like they forgot to use any flavouring in the Gravy, the seasoning on the chicken was lacking and didn't taste right at all, the chips were cold and soggy, the zinger burger had zero zing and looked like it was slapped together from someone who didnt like their job/life. the drink tasted like it had run out of the flavour syrup.the lady on the drive thru I couldn't understand a word she was saying.would not recommend this KFC at all

Always forget to fulfill the order, made me come back to pick up and then made me wait while they cooked it. General attitude like whatever while 7 of them wait around lazily. Meanwhile dinner at home is cold.
