Not impressed! I'm staff 1 of 32 and dont be surprised if my colleagues add more reviews due to the customer response we have been receiving. We have called multiple times regarding expired chips. My number keeps getting passed around to multiple Scott's (why have a large company when only Scott is the 1 technician) I made it clear that our production has stopped due to the expired chips! Before purchasing new inks with chips they always make you feel comfortable and say we will sort it out if the Inks don't last 1 year. I've ran into expired chip issues for 2 years ongoing. Stars reflect what our customers have rated us due to our production stopping. Yes we had a Covid lockdown but I've queried the expired chips since December 2018.
